1. Warranty Coverage:

We offer a warranty that covers manufacturing defects for a specified period from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

 

2. Replacement Policy:

In the event that your Testament watch experiences a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement. If the watch is no longer available for sale, we will provide a replacement of equal or similar value. We do not offer repair services for our watches.

 

3. Exclusions:

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or alterations made to the watch by a third party. Any modifications to the watch will void the warranty.

 

4. How to Claim:

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the replacement process and ensure that you receive a new watch promptly.

 

5. Warranty Period:

The warranty period varies for each Testament Watch Co product. Each watch purchased directly from Testament Watch Co comes with an included two year limited warranty. All watch accessories come with a limited warranty of 30 days and can be returned or exchanged via our return policy.
